I am married to my childhood sweetheart, Laurie and have three adult daughters, Amy,Lisa,Jodi.  Amy and Jon were married in 2006.  Laurie and I both grew up in Jackson Heights, Queens and attended Joseph Pulitzer JHS and Newtown High School.  I got my undergraduate degree in Biology from Adelphi University, my doctorate from the University of Maryland and my post doctorate degree from Tufts University Department of Orthodontics. When I’m not working, I am a self proclaimed computer geek (macbook, iphone), enjoy music and time with my family.  My specialty interests include volunteering with cleft palate teams and teaching.  I am on the faculty of both Stony Brook and Tufts dental schools as well as an attending at University Hospital, Mather Memorial Hospital and St.Charles Hospital where I serve as orthodontist for the cleft palate team and the residency program.
